Koraput: A senior clerk at the office of the Tahasildar, Boipariguda in Koraput district was apprehended by Odisha Vigilance for accepting bribe from a person to hand over the converted ROR (Patta from Agriculture land to Gharabari Land).
The senior clerk has been identified as Satyanarayan Dolei.
He is in charge of record room at the Tahasildar office.
Dolei was apprehended by Odisha Vigilance while demanding and accepting bribe of Rs 5,000 from a Complainant to hand over the converted ROR (Patta from Agriculture land to Gharabari Land). The entire bribe money has been recovered from Dolei.
In this connection, Koraput Vigilance P.S case has been registered. Investigation is in progress against accused clerk.
