Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday visited Puri district to launch the distribution of Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana Smart Health Cards, which will further strengthen healthcare service in the district.

Naveen also inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of various developmental projects of the district.
During the visit, the CM laid foundation for projects worth Rs 893.34 crore. He also inaugurated projects worth Rs 113.48 crore which include water supply, energy projects, RMC-Sakhigopal, bridge work (BSY), PMGSY road, building, and tourism infrastructure.
The launching of the BSKY Smart Health Card has caught the attention of the netizens and the hashtags #NaveenBringsBSKY2Puri and #Naveen4Puri have been trending on twitter at the top position.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has been giving special focus to Puri in terms of economic development of the region with a number of projects being undertaken by the government of Odisha.
