Livestreaming of Online Classes for Elementary Students on YouTube to Commence from June 21 in Odisha
Bhubaneswar: As the schools remaining closed due to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the Odisha Government has decided to start livestreaming online classes for elementary students on video-streaming platform YouTube from June 21.
The Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA) wrote a letter to all District Education Officers (DEOs) and District Project Coordinator (DPCs) asking them to make necessary arrangements and ensure smooth and successful implementation of the programme.
The class for elementary students (class 1 to 8) will continue till July 2.
In first phase, eight districts have been selected to conduct online classes through the online video streaming platform.
The allotment of classes to districts, subject/chapter to be taught, books to be used and time of classes are mentioned as under.
