Bhubaneswar: The monsoon session of the 16th Odisha Legislative Assembly concluded on Tuesday.
Assembly Speaker Surjya Narayan Patro adjourned the session sine die, a day ahead of the scheduled completion of the session.
During the monsoon, the Assembly passed as many as seven Bills, including the Odisha University Amendment Bill, 2020, Court Fee (Odisha Amendment) Bill, Epidemic Disease (Odisha Amendment) Bill, 2020 and Odisha Advocates’ Welfare Fund (Amendment) Bill, 2020.
The session began on September 29 with strict adherence to COVID-19 guidelines.
