Bhubaneswar: In yet another move to take the governance to the people, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced to launch “Mo Sarkar” initiatives today.
In his Independence Day address, Patnaik said under the ‘Mo Sarkar’ initiative, the Chief Minister and his Ministers would dial common citizens to seek their feedbacks on the kind of response they got during their visit to police stations and district headquarters hospitals.
Based on 5Ts model of governance, the ‘Mo Sarkar’ programme will be implemented from October 2 on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.
All police stations and DHHs will be covered under the programme in first phase. In next phase, all departments will implement the programme by March 5, 2020.
