Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has congratulated Bhagwant Mann on being sworn in as the Chief Minister of Punjab.

Bhagwant Mann took oath as the 18th Chief Minister of Punjab on Wednesday.
Besides newly-elected AAP MLAs, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other senior party leaders were also present at the swearing-in ceremony at Khatkar Kalan, the ancestral village of Bhagat Singh.
The Aam Aadmi Party romped home winning 92 seats in the 117-member Punjab Assembly, decimating the Congress and the SAD-BSP combine in the recently concluded Assembly elections.
