Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has congratulated Para Badminton Champion Pramod Bhagat on being nominated for the coveted Arjuna Award. In a tweet, the Chief Minister said, the success of the world’s number one para badminton champion will inspire the youth of the state.
