Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, who is determined to deliver a clean, transparent and citizen-centric governance, today shared five more tips to his Council of Ministers for ensuring a better governance to the people.
Addressing his Council of Ministers here today, the Chief Minister elaborated each point thoroughly.
Naveen instructed the ministers to make extensive tour in order to know works of their departments at the grassroots levels.
He also directed the ministers to make surprise visits to the different offices and institutions under their departments, which will expedite the delivery of government services meant for the people.
He further advised the ministers to meet the people during tours and know their problems and collect direct feedback from the beneficiaries of government programmes.
The Chief Minister once reiterated that 5T (Transparency, Technology, Teamwork Transformation and Time) are most important for the development and change and urged the ministers to focus on it at personal level.
Computerization is a requisite for transparency and ability, Naveen said while urging the ministers to give special attention to the cent percent work of their departments done through OSWAS.
The Chief Minister also thanked the ministers for sending the monthly report of their respective departments on time.
