Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today greeted people of the State on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.
ପବିତ୍ର ଗଣେଶ ଚତୁର୍ଥୀରେ ରାଜ୍ୟବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ମୋର ହାର୍ଦ୍ଦିକ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଓ ଶୁଭକାମନା। ଜ୍ଞାନର ଦେବତା, ବିଘ୍ନନାସନ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ଗଣେଶଙ୍କ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦରୁ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ବିଦ୍ୟାର ଭଣ୍ଡାର ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହେବା ସହିତ ଜୀବନ ସୁଖ ଓ ସମୃଦ୍ଧିମୟ ହେଉ। #GaneshChaturthi pic.twitter.com/jat2O8r2bj

Ganesh Puja also known as Ganesh Chaturthi is being celebrated with religious fervor across the State. The festival symbolizes the birth anniversary of Lord Ganesha.
Beautifully decorated pandals with huge idols of Lord Ganesh have been installed at various places across the state, including Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Puri, Cuttack, Khordha and Rourkela.
Earlier in the morning, people visited the puja pandals and temple to offer their prayers to the deity.
