Bubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has paid rich tributes to Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar on his 131st Birth Anniversary. In a tweet, Naveen said “Humble tributes to the architect of Indian Constitution, Bharat Ratna Dr B R Ambedkar on his birth anniversary.
