Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will today perform the ground breaking of the modern Ammonium Nitrate Complex of Smartchem Technologies at Gopalpur in Ganjam district. He will participate in the program virtually. As part of the Make In Odisha initiative, the project will further boost industrial growth in Odisha.
