Bhubaneswar: In a setback to the saffron party ahead of crucial general elections, Nilagiri MLA Sukanta Kumar Nayak on Friday quit the BJP.
Nayak has sent his resignation letter to Odisha BJP President Manmohan Samal.
“I do hereby tender my resignation on today (i.e.29.03.2024) from the primary membership of Bharatiya Janata Party. Same may please be accepted”, the letter reads.
