Bhubaneswar: Heavy rain under the influence of norwesters lashed on Wednesday disrupting normal life in several parts of the state.
Gusty wind accompanied by heavy rain hit Bhubaneswar along with many other places across the State.
Earlier, the Met department had issued ‘yellow warning’ with rainfall and thunderstorm alert for several parts of Odisha in the next 24 hours.
Many parts of Balasore, Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Cuttack, Khurda, Balasore, Kendrapara, Jajpur, Bhadrak and Sundergarh likely to witness rainfall till March 7.
