Bhubaneswar: The annual matriculation examination also known as High School Certificate Examination (HSC) is likely to be held in the third week of February, said School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash.
The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), which conducts the exam, will soon notify the time table of the HSC exam 2019, the Minister informed.
The Board was looking into the issue of malpractices at some examination centres last year. If required , these centres will be scrapped and the examination will be conducted in nearby centres, he said.
He further said that necessary steps will be taken for the smooth and transparent conduct of the examination.
