Bhubaneswar: A banking assistant of Bhawanipatna Central Cooperative Bank was arrested by Odisha Vigilance on Tuesday for allegedly possessing disproportionate assets to the tune of 254% of his known sources of income.
The banking official has been identified as Pradeep Kumar Chandrakar.
“ Today, Pradeep Kumar Chandrakar, Banking Asst., Bhawanipatna Central Cooperative Bank, Komna Branch,Nuapada, has been arrested by Odisha Vigilance for possession of DA to the tune of 254% of income including 5 Bldgs worth approx Rs. 2 Crores,11 Plots, 1 four wheeler, etc”, the Vigilance informed.
