Bhubaneswar: An Inter-Ministerial Central team will be visiting the cyclone Bulbul-affected areas in Odisha today.
The seven-member team led by Saheli Ghosh Roy, Joint Secretary (CIC), Ministry of Home Affairs, is scheduled to arrive at Bhubaneswar around 1 pm on Thursday.
The team will proceed to Bhadrak district and make field visit in cyclone affected areas in the district in the afternoon.
On 15 Nov, the team will make field visit in Kendrapada district and return to Bhubaneswar in the afternoon.
A wrap up meeting with the Team is scheduled to be held under the chairmanship of Odisha Chief Secretary Asit Kumar Tripathy at 5.30 pm on 15th November, sources said.
Earlier, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik made an aerial survey of cyclone Bulbul affected districts and announced a relief package for the people.
