Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has extended birthday wishes to spiritual leader Dalai Lama.

The Tibetan Buddhist community is celebrating the birthday of the Dalai Lama on Tuesday. The 14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso, turned 86 today.
