Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today paid his humble tributes to former Chief Minister of Odisha Nandini Satpathy on her birth anniversary.

Nandini Satpathy was born on this day in 1931. She was the first woman Chief Minister of Odisha and the second woman to become Chief Minister in independent India.
