Bhubaneswar: In a significant development, DGP Abhay in Thursday morning ordered a Crime Branch probe into the Social activist Aditya Dash death mystery.
In a tweet, Abhay writes,” I have ordered Crime Branch to take charge of investigation of BBSR GRPS case no 81/20 relating to death of social activist Aditya Dash”,
The DGP’s order comes amidst social media outrage over the death mystery of Aditya.
Notably, his body was found by the railway tracks near Lingaraj station on July 7. Even after almost 3 week, the police could not make any breakthrough in the case.
