The senior BJD leader targeted the opposition and said that the opposition leaders are frightened after seeing the huge popularity of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.

Big leaders are coming to Odisha from outside and are disrespecting the Chief Minister in rude language. The people will give befitting reply to the opposition on June 1, Pandian said.

Coming down heavily on the Assam Chief Minister, the senior BJD leader said that the Assam CM should know that Naveen Babu has worked with his guru’s guru. When Naveen Babu was a Cabinet Minister in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s government, the Assam Chief Minister was an advocate at that time, he said.

Pandian also urged the Assam Chief Minister to learn about cultural ethos from the people of Odisha. The people of Odisha never disrespect a guest.

The Chief Ministers of Assam and Uttar Pradesh are visiting Odisha and promising that they will make the state number one. First they should take care of their own states, then, they should think about Odisha, Pandian said.

Assam and Uttar Pradesh are far behind Odisha in all areas of development. Naveen Patnaik will make Odisha number one in the country, the senior BJD leader while asking them to learn something from the Odisha Chief Minister, which will be useful to them.

Addressing a public meeting in Niali, the BJD star campaigner said that there is one answer to all questions in the State. It is Naveen Patnaik.

“Who has made the Mission Shakti? Who is paying Rs 10,000 under Mamata Yojana? Who provides healthcare services in BSKY? Who is giving pension under Madhubabu pension scheme? Who is providing transportation facility to the women in LAccMI Bus for Rs 5”, Pandian asked? The people responded with one voice – Naveen Patnaik.

Who has sanctioned Rs 5 crore for the transformation of Madhabananda Temple? Who has transformed the places of worship such as mathas, temples, churches, Masjids etc. in Niali area? The answer of the people was Naveen Patnaik in one voice.

Naveen Patnaik will take oath as Chief Minister for the sixth time on June 9. The CM’s first order will be waiver of electricity bills for 90 per cent of people. The second order will be inclusion of all under the BSKY and the third order will be provision of pension for Mission Shakti member after the age of 60 years, Kartik Pandian reiterated.

Exposing the opposition party’s false promises, Pandian said that after hearing the Chief Minister’s announcement of free electricity, the BJP is promising that it will provide free electricity. But for this, the people need to deposit 50 thousand rupees to get electricity from sunlight through solar panels. The opposition leaders are showing lanterns to the people during the day, he added.

Addressing a huge public meeting in Paradeep, Kartik Pandian said that legendary leader Biju Patnaik loved this place very much. Paradeep is the backbone of Odisha economy. The Chief Minister has brought a lot of investment to Paradeep. There will be development in Paradeep and income of the people will increase, he said.
