Bhubaneswar: The eligible farmers in Odisha will receive the financial assistance under the Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation (KALIA) scheme tomorrow on the occasion of Akshaya Tritiya.
The beneficiaries will receive financial assistance of Rs 2,000 each under the scheme, as per reports.
The amount will be credit to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries through DBT.
Through the KALIA scheme, the Odisha Government aims to lend farmers with an all inclusive and flexible support system, ensuring accelerated agricultural prosperity.
