Bhubaneswar: On the wake of economic slowdown the country is battling with, the Odisha Government is closely monitoring various economic parameters in the State, said state Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari here on Monday.
Talking to the media, the Minister said that the State Government is emphasizing on revenue collection and is keeping vigil eye on the prevailing market conditions.
The government is also taking steps to attract investment to Odisha, he said while adding that the Finance Department is in talks with other departments in this regard.
The Finance Minister further said that the ongoing economic slowdown at the national level will not put any adverse impact on the State.
