Odisha Govt Effects Reshuffle in Administrative Level on New Year Day
Samarth Verma Appointed as Puri Collector
Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government today effected a major reshuffle in the administrative level on New Year’s Day.
2005-batch IAS officer R Vineel Krishna who is now Managing Director, OMC, has been appointed as Special Secretary to Chief Minister. The 2007-Batch IAS officer Balwant Singh, who is now Collector Puri is going to replace him as Managing Director, OMC.
Sadique Alam, ED, CMGI, Bhubaneswar is allowed to remain in additional charge of , Director Industries in addition to his own duties.
2011-Batch IAS officer Samarth Verma, Collector Kendrapara has been appointed as Collector Puri. He be will replaced by Amrit Ruturaj, who is now Collector, Rayagada.
Similarly, While 2015-Batch IAS officer Parul Patawari, Special ADM, Bhubaneswar has been appointed as the deputy secretary to Government, Works Department.
Vishal Singh, Special ADM, Khurda has been appointed as PD, DRDA, Jajpur
Saroj Kumar Mishra, Collector Jagatsinghpur has been appointed as Collector Rayagada replacing Pramod Kumar Behera, who has been appointed as Additional Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department.
