Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government today effected a minor reshuffle in the IAS cadre, transferring three officers.
As per an official notification, Health Secretary Nikunja Dhal has been transferred as energy secretary.
Santosh Sarangi has been posted as the new Science & Technology Secretary.
Bishnupada Sethi has been posted as Revenue and Disaster Management Secretary.
