Odisha: Heavy Rain, Thunderstorm Likely to Occur in Many Districts

Bhubaneswar: Light to moderate rain or thunder shower is very likely to occur at many places over the districts of south Odisha and at a few places over the districts of North Odisha, said the IMD.

Thunderstorm with lightning and gusty surface wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph is very likely to occur at one or two places over the 13 districts including Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Dhenkanal, Angul, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Khurda, Puri, Bolangir, Sonepur, Boudh, Kandhamal, Ganjam.

According to regional Met office, heavy rainfall may occur at one or two places over the districts of Ganjam, Gajapati, Koraput and Mayurbhanj.
