Bhubaneswar: The venue of state-level Independence Day parade in Bhubaneswar is likely to be shifted to another venue in the city this year.
The I-Day parade is traditionally held on Mahatma Gandhi Marg every year.
But, this year, the parade is likely to be held at either Kalinga Stadium, Exhibition Ground at Unit-III or Janata Maidan, according to sources.
Odisha DGP RP Sharma has reportedly visited three alternate venues along with other senior police officials today for the I-Day parade and conducted inspection.
