Puri: Chittaranjan Palei, Personal Security Guard of Odisha Planning Board’s Deputy Chairman Sanjay Das Burma was found dead on Monday, according to reports.
Palei was reportedly missing two days ago. His body was found floating in Nuanai river under Town Police Station in Puri.
22-year old Palei, a resident of Sanabandhakera village in Brahmagiri block of Puri district, had gone for a picnic with his friends two days back and did not return home. Following this, the family members had lodged a complaint in Puri Sadar police station, reports added.
Meanwhile, the police have detained three persons in this connection for interrogation.
