Bhubaneswar: Odisha has registered 4340 fresh positive cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, taking the tally of coronavirus infection to 196888.
Of the new cases, 2517 cases are related to quarantine and the rest 1823 are the local contacts, said the Information and Public Relations Department on Thursday.
