Bhubaneswar: Officer-On-Special Duty to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, Manoj Kumar Mishra has been empanelled by the Government of India for the post of Joint Secretary or Joint Secretary equivalent in the Centre.
Manoj Kumar Mishra is a 2000 Batch Indian Railway Traffic Service officer.
Currently, Manoj Kumar Mishra is also holding the position of Secretary, Electronics & IT; Science and Technology Departments of Government of Odisha.
