New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today held a video conference with Chief Ministers to discuss various issues relating to the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
This is fourth such conference by the PM with state Chief Ministers since March 21 when he first spoke to them on the coronavirus situation and steps taken to contain the pandemic.
Issues related to graded exit from the ongoing lockdown were reportedly to have figured in the today’s discussion.
Among those present at the interaction include Home Minister Amit Shah and Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan.
The Chief Ministers who attended the meeting included Naveen Patnaik (Odisha), Arvind Kejriwal (Delhi), Pinarayi Vijayan (Kerala), Uddhav Thackeray (Maharashtra), E K Palaniswami (Tamil Nadu), Conard Sangma (Meghalaya) Trivendram Singh Rawat (Uttarakhand) and Adityanath (Uttar Pradesh).
