New Delhi: President Ram Nath Kovind today declared revocation of the provisions of Article 370 of the Constitution, which gave special status to Jammu and Kashmir.
A Gazette Notification to this effect has been issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice.
The notification came after both houses of Parliament, Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha passed a resolution in this regard.
