Puri: The Lion’s Gate (Singhadwar) of Srimandir and repair work of Ratna Palanka of the deities will be completed before the completion of the world famous Ratha Yatra this year.
This has been informed by Chief Administrator of Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA), Ranjan Kumar Das after holding a crucial meeting, which was attended by the members of the Shree Jagannath Temple Managing Committee, members of the Core Committee and senior officers of different departments.
Das informed that the permission of the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) in this regard will be taken.
