Puri: The Puri district administration has decided to enforce prohibitory orders under Section 144 ahead of Snana Yatra rituals of Lord Jagannath here.
In order to prevent movement of public during the Snana Yatra, the district admin impose Section 144 from 10 PM, June 4 to the morning of June 6, said Puri Collector Balwant Singh.
The decision was taken after a meeting with Chhattisha Nijog.
Snana Yatra ritual of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra will be held on June 5.
