Bhubaneswar: Several districts in Odisha are likely to witness thunderstorm and rainfall today, predicted the Regional Meteorological Centre here.
The Meteorological Centre said that thunderstorm with lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Gajapati and Ganjam.
Light to moderate rain/ thundershower very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Rayagada, Gajapati, Ganjam, Nabarangpur, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and dry weather very likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha today, it said.
There would be no large change in maximum temperature (day temperature) during the next 5 days over the districts of Odisha.
It will be above normal by 2 to 3°C at a few places over the districts of interior Odisha during next 4-5 days, the Meteorological Centre added.
