Puri: In view of rise in COVID-19 cases in the State, the world famous Jagannath Temple in Puri will remain closed for the devotees from January 10 to January 31.
However, the rituals at Srimandir will continue.
This has been informed by Puri Collector Samarth Verma.
The decision was taken at a meeting between Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) and Chhatisa Nijoga.
