Bhubaneswar: Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao has congratulated his Odisha counterpart Naveen Patnaik on his party Biju Janata Dal’s landslide victory in the Assembly elections.
“Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao in a message congratulated and conveyed his greetings to Naveen Patnaik, Chief Minister of Odisha on his party’s (BJD) victory in the Assembly elections”, the Telangana CM’s office said in a statement.
The Biju Janata Dal is all set to register an emphatic victory to retain power for the fifth consecutive term as the party is leading in more than 110 seats of the 146 assembly seats in the State for which polling was held in four phases.
