Union Minister Suresh Angadi Passes Away Due To Covid-19
New Delhi: Union Minister of State (MoS) for Railways Suresh Angadi, who was tested positive for coronavirus, passed away today. He was 65.
The Minister was being treated in AIIMS, Delhi after he had contracted the virus on September 11.
Suresh Angadi was a Member of Parliament from Belgaum in Karnataka.
Former Prime Minister H D Devegowda condoled the death of Suresh Angadi.
“I am shocked and deeply saddened by the demise of Union Minister of State for Railways and four-term MP from Belagavi Shri. Suresh Angadi,” he tweeted.
