Bhubaneswar: Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu’s visit to Odisha today was cancelled due to bad weather.
Naidu was expected to inaugurate LPG bottling plant in Balangir during his one-day visit to the State.
Apart from it, the Vice-President was also scheduled to attend the inaugural ceremony of Rajendra College’s platinum jubilee celebrations.
Naidu, who is currently at Raipur in Chhattisgarh, waited for two hours at the airport to board the special chopper to Balangir. He later returned to Raj Bhawan, according to the reports.
