New Delhi: With addition of 69,921 new coronavirus cases and 819 deaths in the last 24 hours, India’s tally of COVID-19 soared to 36,91,166 on Tuesday.
This has been revealed by the Union health Ministry.
The death toll due to the novel coronavirus pandemic in the country reached 65,288.
Meanwhile, 28,39,882 COVID-19 patients have been cured and discharged so far.
The number of active COVID-19 cases in country stand at 7,85,996.
Globally, 25.4 million people have been infected by the virus, according to the Johns Hopkins University.
