My daughter’s Soul Must be at Peace Now: Father of Hyderabad Rape-Murder Victim after Encounter

Hyderabad: Hours after the four accused of the Hyderabad rape and murder case were eliminated in an encounter, father of the victim has said that his daughter’s soul must be in peace. He said, “It has been 10 days to the day my daughter died. I express my gratitude towards the police and government for this. My daughter’s soul must be at peace now”.

Meanwhile, the encounter incident has been hailed by people all around the country as it has brought justice to the victim. People in Hyderabad and other places were seen celebrating the encounter and praising Telangana Police for this instant justice.

On the other hand, Asha Devi, Nirbhaya’s mother has commented on the issue and said she is extremely happy with the encounter with the accused. She also said there should not be any action against the police involved in the encounter. She said, I have been running from pillar to post for the last 7 years. I appeal to the justice system of this country and the government that Nirbhaya’s culprits must be hanged to death, at the earliest.
