Ganjam: Whopping Rs 64.60 Lakh Fine Collected for COVID-19 Guidelines Violation

Berhampur: The Ganjam district administration has collected a whopping Rs 64.60 Lakh fine from the erring people for violation of Covid-19 guidelines during lockdown in the district till July 9.

The fine has been collected for not wearing mask, double ride on bike, spitting in public places, not maintaining social distancing and rules violation by shops.

Amid the alarming rise in Coronavirus cases, the Ganjam district administration has stepped up its efforts to enforce the COVID-19 guidelines in the district.
