Bhubaneswar: Odisha on Thursday saw recovery of 1150 COVID-19 patients, taking the cured tally to 26887.
According to the Health and Family Welfare Department, Ganjam district reported the maximum recovery of 290 patients, followed by Khordha with 197 patients and Rayagada 121 patients.
Besides, 76 patients from Sundergarh, 47 from Jajpur, 45 from Koraput, 44 from Cuttack, 40 from Puri, 35 from Nayagarh, 33 from Keonjhar, 25 each from Balasore and Kalahandi districts also recovered from the disease.
Similarly, 24 patients from Mayurbhanj, 23 from Sambalpur, 22 from Bolangir, 15 from Bhadrak, 14 from Kandhamal,
11 from Jagatsinghpur ,11 from Kendrapara, 10 from Malkangiri, 8 from Nuapada, 7 from Baragarh, 6 from Dhenkanal, 5 each from Angul & Sonepur, 4 each from Gajapati & Jharsuguda, 2 from Boudh and 1 from Nabarangpur got cured from the infection.
The total recovered cases of Odisha now stand at 26887, the Health Department said.
