Bhubaneswar: As many as 1977 more persons have been tested positive for Covid-19 on Thursday in the State, the Health and Family Department said on Friday.
While, 1241 cases were reported from quarantine centres, 736 were local contacts.
With this, the corona tally jumped to 54,630 in the state.
The state has now 16,353 active cases.
