Bhubaneswar: The Drugs Control administration has raided the Kalinga Hospital today on allegations of malpractice and use of substandard drugs. A three member team of the Drugs Control department including Drug inspectors of Bhubaneswar conducted the raid. According to sources, the team reportedly seized six incriminating items during the raids. The seized items have been sent for testing.
Worth mentioning here, the government of Odisha had recently withdrawn the Odisha State Treatment Fund (OSTF) facilities extended to Kalinga Hospital following a complaint that the hospital staff misbehaved with the BJP legislative party chief whip Mohan Majhi.
