Rourkela: A two-member team of the Airport Authority of India (AAI) on Friday visited the Rourkela Airport for an inspection.
The AAI team inspected the infrastructure and other facilities of the airport, which was included in phase-4 of the bidding process under the Udey Desh Ka Aam Nagarik (UDAN) scheme.
The airport is run by Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP).
The Rourkela Airport is expected to start commercial flight services soon, according to reports.
