New Delhi: After PM Modi announced the extension of national lockdown till May 3 to fight COVID-19, all domestic and international flights shall remain suspended in India till May 3, the last day of the extended lockdown.
On March 24, PM Modi had announced the lockdown for 21 days and on Tuesday it was extended for two more weeks.
The Ministry of Railways has also decided to extend the cancellation of all passenger train services in the country till 3rd May.
According to a communiqué from the Ministry to the Indian Railways, all services including Mail/Express, Passenger, Suburban and Metro rail services will be cancelled. For the cancelled trains, full refund will be arranged.
