Bhubaneswar: Asit Kumar Tripathy has been appointed as Chief Secretary of Odisha, an official statement said here today.
Tripathy will replace Aditya Prasad Padhi, who will be the new State Election Commissioner.
Suresh Chandra Mahapatra has been appointed as Development Commissioner holding additional charge of Working Chairperson of SJTA.
Pradipta Kumar Mohapatra has been appointed as Agriculture Production Commissioner.
The orders will come on the effect from 19 August 2019.
R. Balakrishnan, Chief Adviser Special Initiatives will also function as Chief Adviser Chief Minister Office with immediate effect, the statement said.
Dr. Krishan Kumar, Secretary Works in addition to his own duties is also appointed as Chief Administrator SJTA with immediate effect.
