Along with the message, with a highly inspiring video that gives an instance of responsibility and conscientiousness, Pandian also urges the Collectors to do their best at this juncture of time when the people need them the most. We are fighting a battle for the mankind and we all should strive to help the needy who are unable to defend themselves. At this position as Collectors, we have the duty to understand the heart of the need and solve the problems of common people.
