Befitting Answer to Rumour-mongers; Naveen Visits Lingaraj Temple to Review Progress of Ekamra Kshetra Heritage Project

Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s visit to the Lingaraj Temple this evening to review the progress of the ambitious Ekamra Kshetra Amenities and Monuments Revival Action Plan (EKAMRA Plan), is a befitting answer to all those rumour mongers who have been indulging in vicious campaigns regarding the health of the CM.

Some ill-intentioned groups are creating rumours that the CM’s health is not good.

The timing of the rumours is also questionable as the State is going through the Panchayat polls and the adversaries are trying to garner votes by hook or crook.

This is not the first time that the vested interests are creating rumours in the State by bringing in the health issue of the Chief Minster.

A few days back, just before the Republic day, there were false rumours created by some vested interests that the health of the Chief Minister is not good. But giving a befitting reply to them, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik not only attended the Republic Day celebrations but walked in to the stage. He also visited the Lok Seva Bhawan on that day.

With today’s visit, Naveen has once again silenced the rumour mongers.

During his visit, the Chief Minister offered his prayers to Lord Lingaraj.

He reviewed the various development works carried out under the Ekamra project that envisages all-round development and beautification of the periphery of the famous shrine.

Secretary to CM (5-T) VK Pandian was present during the Chief Minister’s review.
