Bhubaneswar: In a significant development, BJD’s Rajya Sabha MP Amar Patnaik has been elected as a member of the statutory body of AIIMS, Bhubaneswar today.
The development came a day after BJP’s Rajya Sabha member Ashwini Vaishnav withdrew from the contest.
AIIMS Bhubaneswar is one of the premier healthcare Institutes in the State.
It was established as autonomous institution and institute of National importance through the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Ordinance.
